How do I return/exchange?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return/exchange request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Pre-order or tailored items are not returnable!
But, if you didn't like the fit we'll help you with alterations of the garment, or remake a new one completely for FREE. (only for tailored fit)
Refunds are made only in the form of Store Credits.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges if any, are non-refundable
How soon will I get my store credits or replacement item?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If you are approved, then your store credits will be processed within 24 hours.
- Your replacement item would be shipped in 48-72 hours.
