What items can be returned?
- All items except tailored, within 14 days from the date of order delivered
- In unwashed and unused condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What are the handling charges of returns/exchange?
- Exchange: No extra cost. Items can be exchanged for free.
- Refund to the original payment method: INR 100 per item + original shipping cost*
- Refund to store credits: No extra cost, full refund with lifetime validity
Total: INR 3955
Refund: 3955 - 275 ( 100 for 1st item + 100 for 2nd item + 75 for shipping)
= INR 3680
Exchange/Refund Process & Notifications:
Exchange: Your exchange item would be shipped from our unit within 24 hrs. Items would be exchanged as per the variant mentioned by you in the return notes. You'll receive regular shipping updates via Email & SMS.
Refund to store credits: would be refunded within 24 hours, you'll be notified via Email & SMS.
Refund to original payment method: Refund will be processed within 5 - 7 working days, you'll be notified via Email & SMS.
How will I get my refund/store credits?
Once, your return item is received and approved,
For COD Orders: You'll get a payout link via message and email within 24 hrs. Click on the link to add your payment method. Your refund would be processed immediately and will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.
For Prepaid Orders: Refund would be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours and will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days.
For Refunds in store credits: Your credits would show in your HeSpoke Account Page in the order section. Login to see the details.
To use the credits in future, just place an order and select Store Credits as payment option in the checkout page.
The store credits would be redeemed automatically and would reflect in the order section within 24 hrs.
The balance credits if any, would carry-forward for future purchases.
If order value is higher than the store credits then the adjusted amount would be converted into cash on delivery.
What items are non-refundable?
Tailored Items cannot be refunded:
- If you didn't like the fit we'll help you with alterations of the garment, or remake it completely for FREE. Create a size exchange request for the same and mention your fitting preferences in the notes.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, upload the images of it while creating return/exchange.
